Due to the anodizing process, aluminum dissolving in the electrolyte becomes aluminum sulfate, which decreases the necessary free sulfuric acid while increasing the aluminum concentration, making it difficult to maintain consistent quality of the anodized finish. Therefore, we would like to introduce a method to keep the concentrations of free sulfuric acid and aluminum constant, in response to the current situation where the applied voltage is increased or part of the bath solution is regularly renewed.
